The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range, measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top. It features a durable design with a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and side panels. The range is equipped with a front-located manual gas shut-off for added safety, and it includes a factory-installed regulator. A standing pilot system is used for the open-top burners, while the oven bases utilize battery spark ignition for reliable lighting.
This configuration includes four 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners. The port arrangement on these burners ensures an even distribution of flame for consistent heat and precise cooking. Additionally, the range includes a five-burner setup that combines two high-output Pyromax burners at the rear with three 33,000 BTU star burners at the front. This versatile configuration supports a wide variety of cooking needs and heavy-duty usage.
The unit features a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven equipped with a standing pilot and a thermostat that ranges from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep and includes three racks with five-position side rails. The convection fan is powered by a 1/2 horsepower, 1710 rpm motor running on 115V AC. It features a high-efficiency, permanent split phase motor with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven to function as a standard oven when needed.
On the other side, a 45,000 BTU NAT standard oven is included, also using a standing pilot and thermostat with the same temperature range. The porcelain enamel oven cavity measures 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep and is designed to accommodate full-sized pans in either orientation. It includes one rack with two-position side rails, making it ideal for a variety of baking and roasting tasks.
