The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a robust commercial gas range that measures 60-3/4” wide and features a 37” high cooking top. It includes a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and sides, ensuring durability and a sleek appearance. For safety and convenience, the unit is equipped with a front-located manual gas shut-off valve that controls the entire range, and a factory-installed gas regulator. Open top burners use a standing pilot for reliable ignition, while the oven bases operate with battery spark ignition.
This configuration includes four 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners. These burners are designed with a port arrangement that allows for even flame distribution, ensuring consistent cooking performance. Additionally, the unit is equipped with a set of four high-performance Pyromax burners, each delivering 40,000 BTUs. These patented, non-clog burners feature a high-output, three-piece construction that is easy to clean, along with a built-in port protection drip ring for added reliability and longevity.
The unit includes a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The interior is lined with porcelain enamel and measures 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep. It comes with three racks and five-position side rails, providing flexible cooking options. The convection system is powered by a 1/2 horsepower, 1710 rpm motor operating on 115V AC. This motor is a high-efficiency, permanent split phase type with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the convection base to function as a standard oven when needed.
Complementing the convection oven is a 45,000 BTU NAT standard oven, also equipped with a standing pilot and the same thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep, allowing full-sized pans to fit in both orientations. It includes one rack with two-position side rails, making it suitable for a wide range of baking and roasting applications.
