The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series combines professional-grade performance with sleek, durable design, ideal for high-demand commercial kitchens. Measuring 60-3/4” wide and featuring a 37” high cooking top, this range provides ample workspace for all your cooking needs. The construction is entirely stainless steel, with a 4” stainless steel front rail, offering both strength and easy-to-clean surfaces. Additionally, the front-located manual gas shut-off valve allows for quick and safe gas control, ensuring your kitchen operates safely.
This range is equipped with a factory-installed gas regulator and standing pilots for the open top burners, ensuring reliable operation. The battery spark ignition system for the oven bases provides an efficient and dependable start to your cooking process.
The six (6) 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners (Burner Option 3) offer an even distribution of flame for superior cooking control. These star burners are engineered to maximize heat efficiency, making them perfect for heavy-duty cooking tasks.
The griddle top can be positioned on either the left or right side of the unit and features a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides. The 24” wide griddles are available in both manual and thermostatic control options, providing flexibility for different cooking styles. Whether you’re cooking delicate pancakes or searing meats, this griddle provides a reliable and durable cooking surface.
The standard oven model (Model D) offers a powerful 45,000 BTU NAT burner with a standing pilot and a thermostat that ranges from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, making it large enough to accommodate full-sized pans both horizontally and vertically. It includes one rack with two-position side rails, allowing for versatile cooking options.
For added convenience, the stainless steel cabinet base provides sturdy and reliable storage space. Optional no-charge doors are available that open from the center, offering easy access to the cabinet base, and the unit features two cabinet bases for even more organizational options.
