The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a premium commercial gas range built to meet the high demands of professional kitchens. It spans 60-3/4” in width and features a 37” high cooking top, designed for efficiency and convenience. The exterior is equipped with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, offering both durability and a sleek appearance. For added safety and functionality, the unit includes a front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed regulator. A standing pilot system powers the open top burners, while battery spark ignition ensures reliable lighting for the oven bases.
This model features four 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners. These burners are engineered with a port arrangement that promotes even flame distribution, ensuring consistent cooking performance across all burners. Complementing the burners is a 36” charbroiler, which can be installed on either the left or right side. The charbroiler includes removable cast iron grates, making cleaning and maintenance quick and simple.
Beneath the cooking surface is a standard oven base rated at 45,000 BTU NAT. The oven uses a standing pilot and is equipped with a thermostat that ranges from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The interior is porcelain enameled and measures 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep. It accommodates full-size pans in both directions and includes one oven rack with two-position side rails for flexible baking and roasting options.
This unit also features a stainless steel cabinet base that provides convenient storage space. Optional doors that open from the center can be added at no extra charge, making it easier to access stored items while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
