The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a durable and versatile cooking solution designed for high-demand commercial kitchens. This 60-3/4” wide range features a 37” high cooking top and comes equipped with (2) 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners for even heat distribution. Additionally, it includes a 5-burner configuration, combining (2) Pyromax burners in the rear and (3) standard 33K burners in the front, offering optimal flexibility and power for various cooking needs.
The 45,000 BTU NAT standard oven features a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), with a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep. It can accommodate full-sized pans both ways and includes one rack with two-position side rails.
Other notable features include a front-located manual gas shut-off, a factory-installed regulator, and battery spark ignition for the oven base. The stainless steel cabinet base offers durability, and the unit comes with optional no-charge center-opening doors for convenient access.
