The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series delivers high performance in a 60-3/4” wide unit, ideal for busy commercial kitchens. It features (4) 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners for even heat distribution, plus Pyromax burners for even more power, offering 40,000 BTU NAT with a patented non-clog design and easy-to-clean components. The group of 4 Pyromax burners is equipped with built-in port protection for reliability.
The 45,000 BTU NAT standard oven offers a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), with a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep. The oven fits full-sized pans both ways and includes a rack with two position side rails for flexible cooking.
Additional features include a manual gas shut-off, factory-installed regulator, battery spark ignition for oven bases, and a durable stainless steel cabinet base with optional center-opening doors for easy access. This range combines reliability and powerful cooking capacity, making it an excellent choice for high-demand kitchens.
