The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is designed for heavy-duty commercial use with a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and 37” high cooking top. This model includes (10) 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners, which offer even flame distribution for consistent cooking results. It features a manual gas shut-off, factory-installed regulator, and battery spark ignition for reliable performance.
The 45,000 BTU NAT standard oven is equipped with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep and fits full-sized pans both ways. It also includes one rack with two position side rails for flexible cooking options.
With a sturdy stainless steel cabinet base and optional center-opening doors, this range provides durability and convenience, making it an ideal choice for high-volume kitchen environments.
