The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is designed for commercial kitchens that demand both versatility and power. With a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this range features a durable stainless steel construction with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for long-lasting performance. For safety and convenience, the range is equipped with a front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed regulator. The unit also boasts standing pilots for open burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, ensuring reliable ignition every time.
The split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) features (3) star/saute’ burners in the front and (3) standard 33,000 BTU burners in the rear, allowing for multiple cooking options in one unit. The raised griddle, positioned on the right side, is available in 24” size with manual control and an under broiler, providing additional flexibility for grilling and cooking.
This unit is equipped with two convection oven bases, each powered by a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven. Each oven is fitted with a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, offering three racks with five-position side rails for optimal cooking space. The high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor is designed for long-lasting performance, featuring permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. The thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) provides precise temperature control, and the On/Off switch allows the convection oven to function as a standard oven when required.
