The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerful and versatile addition to any professional kitchen, designed for high-volume cooking and efficiency. This 60-3/4” wide commercial gas range features a 37” high cooking top for ergonomic use, with stainless steel construction on the front and sides, and a 4” stainless steel front rail for added durability and ease of cleaning. For safety and convenience, it is equipped with a front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed regulator. The standing pilot system ensures reliable ignition of open top burners, while battery spark ignition is used for the oven bases.
The split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) provides cooking flexibility with (2) star/saute' burners in the front and (2) standard 33K BTU burners in the rear, allowing for precise heat control for different types of cooking. In addition, the griddle top (available on the left or right side) features a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides on the 36” wide griddles, ideal for cooking large quantities of food. The griddle comes in either manual or thermostatic control, giving chefs complete control over cooking temperatures.
This model also includes two convection oven bases, each featuring a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven. The ovens have a porcelain enamel interior with 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep dimensions, providing ample space for full-sized pans and large dishes. Each oven is equipped with three racks and five-position side rails for easy adjustments. The high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor operates at 1710 rpm for consistent cooking performance, and its permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation ensure long-lasting durability and energy efficiency. With a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), chefs can easily adjust the temperature to suit a wide variety of dishes. Additionally, an On/Off switch allows the convection oven to operate as a standard oven if needed.
