The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is engineered to meet the demanding requirements of professional kitchens. This commercial gas range is 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, designed for ease of use and durability. Constructed with stainless steel front and sides, and equipped with a 4” stainless steel front rail, it offers a sleek, easy-to-maintain surface. For enhanced safety, the range features a front-located manual gas shut-off, and it comes with a factory-installed regulator to ensure consistent gas pressure. The unit also includes standing pilots for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for reliable starting of the oven bases.
The split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) includes (2) star/saute’ burners in the front and (2) standard 33K BTU burners in the rear, offering the versatility needed for various cooking methods, from high-heat searing to simmering. Additionally, the Pyromax Burners (Burner Option 7) are available with 40,000 BTU NAT output and feature a patented, high-output, three-piece, easy-clean non-clog burner. These burners include a built-in port protection drip ring to keep the cooking surface clean and provide reliable, even heat. The Pyromax burners are available as a group of 4 burners, ideal for kitchens that require consistent, powerful performance.
The convection oven models (A) are equipped with a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). This oven features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, providing ample space for large pans and versatile cooking. The unit includes three racks with five position side rails, allowing for flexible cooking options. Powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor with permanent lubricated ball bearings, the high-efficiency permanent split-phase motor operates at 115V AC. This motor also features overload protection and Class “B” insulation. The On/Off switch allows the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven, adding to its versatility. The unit is equipped with 2 convection oven bases, providing ample cooking capacity for large-scale food preparation.
