The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is engineered to meet the high demands of professional kitchens, combining robust performance with versatile cooking options. This 60-3/4” wide commercial gas range features a 37” high cooking top, providing optimal ergonomics and comfort for chefs. With 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, the range ensures long-lasting durability and easy maintenance, while enhancing the overall appearance of your kitchen. The front-located manual gas shut-off provides quick and easy access for safe operation, and the factory-installed regulator ensures reliable gas pressure, keeping your cooking consistent.
The standing pilot feature for open top burners adds reliability, while battery spark ignition for the oven bases ensures quick, hassle-free startup.
The split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) consists of (3) star/saute’ burners in the front and (3) standard 33K BTU burners in the rear, offering diverse heat intensities to accommodate a wide range of cooking techniques, from high-heat searing to low, steady simmering.
The griddle top (left or right) option features a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides, available in a 24” wide configuration. Choose between manual or thermostatic control, providing chefs with precise control over cooking temperatures for consistent and even results.
The convection oven models (A) deliver 32,000 BTU NAT convection ovens with standing pilots and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, provides generous space for large-volume cooking while being easy to clean. The oven includes three racks with five-position side rails for flexible rack placement, allowing you to cook a variety of dishes simultaneously. The oven is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor, running on 115V AC, and includes high-efficiency, permanent split-phase motor technology. Additionally, the oven is equipped with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation, ensuring energy efficiency and long-term reliability. The On/Off switch allows the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven when needed.
For additional functionality, the range includes a stainless steel cabinet (C) base, providing a sturdy foundation for the unit and offering ample storage space. Optional no-charge doors that open from the center are available, giving you easy access to the storage area.
