The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series offers a combination of power, precision, and durability for high-demand commercial kitchens. With a 60-3/4” wide frame and a 37” high cooking top, this range is designed for easy access to burners and features a robust build. The stainless steel front and sides provide both durability and a sleek appearance, while the 4” stainless steel front rail offers added strength and stability. The front-located manual gas shut-off allows for quick, safe shutdown of the entire range, and the factory-installed regulator ensures consistent and reliable gas pressure for optimal performance. Standing pilots for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases make this range easy to use and reliable in any kitchen environment.
The split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) includes (2) star/saute’ burners in the front and (2) standard 33K BTU burners in the rear, providing versatility for various cooking techniques. Whether you're searing, sautéing, or simmering, this configuration offers precise heat control for diverse cooking tasks.
For grilling, the charbroiler (left or right) is 36” wide and equipped with removable, cast iron grates, ensuring even heat distribution and easy maintenance while providing that perfect char on meats, seafood, and vegetables.
The convection oven models (A) are powered by a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven featuring a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, provides ample space for cooking large batches. Equipped with three racks and five-position side rails, the oven offers flexibility to accommodate various pan sizes. It features a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor for high efficiency, a permanent split-phase motor operating at 115V AC, and overload protection with **Class “B” insulation for long-lasting durability. The On/Off switch allows the convection oven to function as a standard oven when needed.
Additionally, the stainless steel cabinet (C) offers a sturdy and easy-to-clean base for the unit. The range also features optional no-charge doors that open from the center, providing extra storage space for your kitchen tools and supplies.
