The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is an advanced commercial gas range designed to meet the rigorous demands of high-volume kitchens. With a 60-3/4” width and a 37” high cooking top, this range provides ample space for efficient and precise cooking. The 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides, ensures durability, ease of maintenance, and a clean, professional appearance.
For added convenience, a front-located manual gas shut-off is included, allowing for quick and safe gas disconnection from the entire range. The factory-installed regulator ensures optimal gas pressure, while the standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases guarantee reliable ignition and ease of use.
The split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) includes (1) star/saute’ burner in the front and (1) standard 33K burner in the rear, providing versatility in heat distribution for various cooking methods. This setup is ideal for tasks such as searing, simmering, or rapid boiling, making it a great choice for busy kitchens that require precision and flexibility.
The griddle top (left or right) option comes with a 1” smooth, polished steel griddle plate, offering raised sides on a 48” wide griddle. This large griddle is perfect for cooking a wide variety of foods, from pancakes and eggs to burgers and sandwiches. You can choose between manual or thermostatic control, giving you full control over the griddle’s heat settings for perfectly cooked dishes every time.
The convection oven models (A) are equipped with a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven featuring a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior (measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep) provides a durable, easy-to-clean cooking environment with ample space for cooking large meals. The oven is equipped with three racks and five-position side rails, allowing you to adjust the racks to accommodate a variety of dishes. The 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor runs on 115V AC, featuring high efficiency and permanent lubricated ball bearings. The motor’s overload protection and Class “B” insulation provide durability and safety during extended use. An On/Off switch also allows the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven when needed.
The stainless steel cabinet (C) offers a sturdy base and additional storage space for your kitchen. It includes optional no-charge doors that open from the center, providing convenient access to store equipment, utensils, or other kitchen essentials.
