The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is designed to meet the rigorous demands of commercial kitchens, offering superior performance, durability, and versatility. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this range features a sleek and sanitary stainless steel construction on the front, sides, and 4” front rail. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides quick access for safety, while a factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas flow. Open burners are powered by standing pilots, and oven bases feature battery spark ignition for dependable startup.
This unit includes a split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) with two 33,000 BTU star/saute’ burners in the front for high-heat cooking and two 33,000 BTU standard burners in the rear for general-purpose tasks. Additionally, the five-burner configuration (Burner Option 5) enhances flexibility by combining three standard 33,000 BTU burners in the front with two powerful 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners in the rear, ideal for both delicate and high-output cooking.
The range comes equipped with two convection oven bases (Model A), each delivering 32,000 BTU of natural gas heat with a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Each oven has a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep, accommodating full-size pans both front-to-back and side-to-side. Three racks and five-position side rails offer flexibility for baking and roasting. The ovens feature a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm permanent split phase motor with lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the convection ovens to function as standard radiant ovens when needed.
Completing the configuration is a stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), which offers practical under-range storage. Optional no-charge center-opening doors provide easy access to stored kitchen tools or cookware. This powerful, efficient, and adaptable range is a perfect choice for chefs who demand performance and reliability in a busy commercial setting.
