The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed to meet the demands of professional kitchens. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, this versatile range combines durability, power, and efficiency in one sleek package. Constructed with stainless steel front, sides, and a 4” stainless steel front rail, it offers a clean, professional appearance and easy maintenance. A front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator provide added safety and convenience.
This model features a unique split burner configuration, with three high-output star/saute burners in the front and three 33,000 BTU standard burners in the rear, making it ideal for multitasking during busy service hours. The open top burners use a standing pilot system, while the oven bases are equipped with battery spark ignition for efficient startup.
A 24-inch cast iron charbroiler (available on the left or right side) adds grilling flexibility, with removable, heavy-duty grates for consistent heat distribution and easy cleaning. The included convection oven (Model A) delivers 32,000 BTUs of cooking power and features a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F, with a spacious porcelain enamel interior (14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep), three oven racks, and five-position side rails. A 1/2 hp, high-efficiency motor with overload protection and permanently lubricated ball bearings ensures reliable performance, while an On/Off switch allows the convection base to function as a standard oven when needed.
For additional storage or customization, the stainless steel cabinet base (Model C) offers a durable foundation, complete with optional center-opening doors available at no extra charge.
