The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a robust and reliable commercial gas range engineered for high-volume cooking environments. With a total width of 60-3/4” and a cooking surface height of 37”, this professional-grade range is built to withstand the demands of a busy restaurant kitchen. Constructed from durable stainless steel on the front, sides, and 4” front rail, it not only offers lasting performance but also provides a clean, polished look that complements any commercial kitchen layout.
This model features a front-mounted manual gas shut-off valve and a factory-installed gas regulator for added safety and ease of use. The range operates with a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases, offering dependable performance day after day. The split burner configuration includes two powerful star/saute burners in the front and two 33,000 BTU standard burners in the rear, delivering precision heat control and cooking versatility.
A standout feature is the 36-inch cast iron charbroiler, which can be mounted on either the left or right side. The removable cast iron grates are built for heavy-duty use and ensure consistent heat for perfect grilling results every time. Complementing this setup is the high-performance convection oven (Model A), rated at 32,000 BTUs and capable of maintaining temperatures from 175°F to 550°F. The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep and includes three oven racks with five adjustable rack positions. The 1/2 hp motor is high-efficiency, permanently lubricated, and comes with overload protection, providing long-term reliability. A built-in On/Off switch allows the oven base to operate as a standard oven as needed.
Completing the design is the stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), a durable storage option that includes optional center-opening doors at no extra charge, enhancing both functionality and accessibility.
