The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed to meet the rigorous demands of professional kitchens. With a total width of 60-3/4” and a cooking surface height of 37”, this range offers exceptional versatility and durability. Constructed with durable stainless steel on the front, sides, and 4” front rail, it provides a sleek and easy-to-maintain surface that can handle heavy use. The front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator ensure safe operation and convenient control.
Featuring a split burner configuration, the range includes two star/saute burners in the front and two 33,000 BTU standard burners in the rear, providing efficient and precise heat for various cooking needs. The open top burners utilize a standing pilot, while the oven bases are equipped with battery spark ignition for reliable and easy startup.
The range also includes a 36-inch griddle top, which can be positioned on the left or right side, perfect for cooking a variety of items. The 1/2-inch smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides ensures even heating and spill control. Available with manual or thermostatic controls, it provides flexibility for consistent cooking temperatures and optimal results.
For baking, roasting, and more, the Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series features both a convection oven (Model A) and a standard oven (Model D), giving chefs multiple options for different cooking techniques. The 32,000 BTU convection oven operates with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F and features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. It comes with three racks and five-position side rails, offering flexibility to accommodate various dishes. The high-efficiency motor (1/2 hp, 1710 rpm) ensures long-lasting reliability, and an On/Off switch allows the convection base to be used as a standard oven.
The 45,000 BTU standard oven delivers even more power with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F. Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, and it accommodates full-sized pans placed either direction, making it a great choice for large batches of baked goods or roasted meats. This oven includes one rack with two-position side rails for flexible cooking options.
