The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a robust commercial gas range designed to provide powerful cooking capabilities and long-lasting durability for professional kitchens. With a 60-3/4” width and a 37” high cooking top, this range is built to handle the high demands of busy restaurant kitchens. The stainless steel construction, including a 4” front rail, ensures durability, while the front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator offer convenient and safe operation.
This range features a split burner configuration with five star/saute burners in the front and five 33,000 BTU standard burners in the rear, providing an abundance of heat options for a wide range of cooking techniques. Whether you're sautéing, frying, or simmering, the range offers ample space and high-output burners to meet your cooking needs.
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series also includes both a convection oven (Model A) and a standard oven (Model D) for versatile cooking options. The 32,000 BTU convection oven provides precise temperature control with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F, ideal for baking, roasting, and more. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and the oven comes equipped with three racks and five-position side rails for flexible cooking configurations. Powered by a high-efficiency motor (1/2 hp, 1710 rpm), this oven delivers reliable performance, while the permanent lubricated ball bearings and overload protection ensure longevity. An On/Off switch also allows the convection base to be used as a standard oven when needed.
The standard oven (Model D) delivers 45,000 BTUs and operates within the same temperature range of 175°F to 550°F. Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, and it accommodates full-sized pans placed in either direction. This oven includes one rack with two-position side rails, offering additional flexibility for different cooking tasks.
