The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed to meet the demanding needs of professional kitchens. With a 60-3/4” width and a 37” high cooking top, this range offers powerful cooking capabilities and robust construction for busy restaurants and foodservice operations. Its stainless steel front, sides, and 4” front rail provide durability, while the front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator enhance safety and convenience.
This range features a split burner configuration with two star/saute burners in the front and two 33,000 BTU standard burners in the rear. The burners are equipped with a standing pilot for consistent heat and easy operation. Additionally, the battery spark ignition system ensures reliable startup for the oven bases. For even greater versatility, the range offers a 5-burner configuration, combining two Pyromax burners in the rear with three 33K standard burners in the front. This setup provides powerful heat options for a wide range of cooking tasks, from sautéing to frying.
Ideal for baking and roasting, the Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series includes both a convection oven (Model A) and a standard oven (Model D). The 32,000 BTU convection oven operates within a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F and features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. With three racks and five-position side rails, this oven offers flexible cooking options. The high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor (1710 rpm) ensures optimal performance, and the permanently lubricated ball bearings and overload protection provide long-lasting reliability. An On/Off switch also allows the convection base to function as a standard oven.
The standard oven (Model D) offers 45,000 BTUs and operates within the same broad 175°F to 550°F temperature range. Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodating full-sized pans in both directions. This oven includes one rack with two-position side rails, providing the flexibility to cook a variety of dishes.
