The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed to meet the rigorous demands of today’s professional kitchens. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this range delivers exceptional cooking flexibility and durability. Built with a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides, the unit offers long-lasting strength and a clean, professional look. For added safety and convenience, the range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed gas regulator, making it easy to operate and maintain.
This model features a split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) with a total of four burners: two high-performance star/saute burners in the front and two 33,000 BTU standard burners in the rear. This layout provides efficient heat distribution and control, allowing chefs to easily switch between high-heat searing and low-and-slow cooking tasks. Each burner operates with a standing pilot, and the unit includes battery spark ignition for dependable lighting of any oven bases if added.
Enhancing its versatility is a 36” charbroiler, available on the left or right side, with removable cast iron grates that deliver even heat distribution and authentic grill marks. Perfect for grilling meats, seafood, or vegetables, the charbroiler adds powerful functionality to the cooking line.
Instead of oven bases, this model includes two stainless steel cabinet bases (Cabinet Base C), providing convenient, durable storage space beneath the cooktop. These cabinets come with optional center-opening doors at no additional cost, making it easy to store and access cookware, utensils, or prep tools.
