The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed for demanding kitchen environments that require both cooking power and operational flexibility. With an expansive 60-3/4” width and a 37” high cooking top, this range offers a generous work surface while maintaining a compact footprint for professional kitchens. Its durable build includes a 4” stainless steel front rail, as well as stainless steel front and side panels, ensuring long-lasting durability and easy cleaning. For safety and control, a front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator are included.
This unit features a versatile split burner configuration (Burner Option 4), combining two star/saute burners in the front with two 33,000 BTU standard burners in the rear—perfect for handling both precision and high-heat cooking. Additionally, it includes a powerful 5-burner configuration (Burner Option 6), which pairs two high-output Pyromax burners in the rear with three 33K star burners in the front. This combination supports a wide range of cooking techniques simultaneously, making it ideal for high-volume restaurants, catering kitchens, and multi-tasking chefs.
Each burner is equipped with a standing pilot for reliable startup, while battery spark ignition offers compatibility with oven bases if desired in future configurations.
Instead of ovens, this model features two stainless steel cabinet bases (Cabinet Base C) for convenient, under-range storage. These cabinets include optional center-opening doors at no extra cost, enhancing accessibility and keeping essential kitchen tools close at hand. The stainless construction also ensures these bases stand up to the daily wear and tear of busy commercial kitchens.
