The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerful and durable commercial gas range engineered for performance-driven kitchens. Measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this unit features a heavy-duty 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides for superior durability and a clean, professional appearance. A front-located manual gas shut-off ensures easy access for safety, while a factory-installed regulator provides consistent gas control across the unit.
Designed for versatility, this model features a split burner configuration (Burner Option 4), with two star/saute burners in the front for quick, responsive cooking and two 33,000 BTU standard burners in the rear for high-volume applications. In addition, it includes Burner Option 7—a powerful set of four 40,000 BTU NAT Pyromax burners, known for their patented, high-output, non-clog design. These burners include a three-piece easy-clean structure and built-in port protection drip rings, making them ideal for fast-paced, heavy-duty cooking while simplifying cleanup and maintenance.
The range operates with a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for compatibility with optional oven bases.
Instead of oven bases, this unit includes two stainless steel cabinet bases (Cabinet Base C) that offer spacious under-range storage. These cabinets feature optional center-opening doors at no additional cost, providing easy access to pots, pans, and kitchen tools—making this range as practical as it is powerful.
