The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series combines heavy-duty construction with versatile cooking features, designed to meet the high demands of professional kitchens. With a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and a 37” high top, this commercial gas range boasts a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for exceptional durability and a sleek appearance. It includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for safety and a factory-installed regulator for easy, reliable gas control.
This unit features a split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) with three star/saute’ burners in the front for delicate cooking and three 33K BTU standard burners in the rear for heavy-duty tasks. The range also offers standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, ensuring smooth ignition and efficient operation.
A standout feature of the Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is the charbroiler (available on the left or right) with 24” of grilling space and removable, cast iron grates for easy cleaning. Perfect for grilling meats, vegetables, and more, this charbroiler adds even more versatility to your cooking setup.
The unit includes a Standard Oven Model (D) with a 45,000 BTU NAT oven, equipped with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, allowing for full-sized pans to fit in both directions. One rack with two-position side rails offers flexible cooking options.
To complete the setup, the Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series comes with a stainless steel cabinet base (C) for ample storage space. The cabinet features optional no-charge center-opening doors, providing convenient access to kitchen essentials.
