The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is built for professional kitchens that demand high performance, durability, and versatility. With a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this commercial gas range is designed to handle heavy-duty cooking tasks, providing exceptional heat control and reliability. The 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides ensure a sleek, easy-to-clean finish that stands up to the rigors of daily use. Additionally, a front-located manual gas shut-off enhances safety, and the factory-installed regulator ensures optimal gas pressure for smooth operation.
This range is equipped with standing pilots for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, providing quick and reliable ignition for both burners and oven functions. The split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) offers three star/saute’ burners in the front, ideal for searing, sautéing, and other high-heat cooking techniques, as well as three 33K BTU standard burners in the rear for consistent heat and performance.
For added versatility, the raised griddle (Right only) option offers a 24” griddle plate that’s manually controlled with an under broiler. The raised griddle is perfect for creating perfectly seared meats, vegetables, and more while delivering superior heat distribution.
The Standard Oven Model (D) provides a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a wide temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), making it suitable for baking, roasting, and broiling. The oven features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, with space to fit full-sized pans in either direction. One rack with two-position side rails adds flexibility to accommodate various cooking tasks.
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series also includes a stainless steel cabinet base (C) with optional no-charge doors that open from the center, providing additional storage space for kitchen tools, pots, and pans, all while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.
