The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is the ideal solution for high-volume kitchens that require exceptional durability and versatility. With a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this commercial gas range is designed to withstand the toughest kitchen environments. The 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides offer a sleek, modern look while ensuring long-lasting durability. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides an additional layer of safety, while the factory-installed regulator ensures efficient gas flow for reliable cooking.
Equipped with standing pilots for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, this unit guarantees smooth and consistent ignition. The split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) features two star/saute’ burners in the front, perfect for high-heat, quick cooking, and two 33K BTU standard burners in the rear, ideal for heavy-duty tasks that require a stable and powerful flame.
Enhancing the cooking experience is the charbroiler (available on the left or right) with 36” of grilling space and removable, cast iron grates for easy maintenance. The charbroiler allows chefs to add grilled flavor to meats, vegetables, and more, making it a versatile tool for any kitchen.
The Standard Oven Model (D) provides a powerful 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, with enough space to accommodate full-sized pans in both directions. The oven includes one rack with two-position side rails for added flexibility.
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series also comes with a stainless steel cabinet base (C) for convenient storage, featuring optional no-charge center-opening doors that provide easy access to kitchen tools and supplies.
