The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is designed for superior performance and efficiency in the busiest commercial kitchens. With its 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and 37” high cooking top, this gas range provides an expansive cooking area and exceptional heat distribution, making it perfect for high-volume cooking operations. The 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides, ensures both durability and easy maintenance, while the front-located manual gas shut-off enhances safety in your kitchen.
This range comes equipped with a factory-installed regulator, ensuring precise control over gas flow. The standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases guarantee reliable ignition, allowing your cooking operations to run smoothly every time.
The Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) features two star/saute’ burners in the front, perfect for quick, high-heat searing, and two standard 33K burners in the rear, providing consistent and versatile heat for various cooking needs. This combination allows for an array of cooking options, from sautéing delicate sauces to boiling large pots.
For those who need more versatility, the Griddle Top (Left or Right) option includes a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides, perfect for cooking burgers, pancakes, or stir-frying. Available in both manual and thermostatic controls, this feature ensures precise temperature management. The 36” wide griddle allows ample cooking space for high-volume cooking, making it an excellent choice for fast-paced kitchens.
The Standard Oven Model (D) is powered by a 45,000 BTU NAT oven, offering a wide thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven's porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, providing ample space to accommodate full-sized pans in either direction. The oven comes with one rack and two-position side rails, ensuring flexible storage options for your culinary creations.
The Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) offers a sleek and durable base with optional no-charge doors that open from the center. This provides valuable storage space for your kitchen tools while maintaining the professional look of your range.
