The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series combines robust design, high performance, and convenience, making it the ideal choice for any commercial kitchen. With a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this range provides the space and versatility needed for large-scale food preparation. The 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides, ensures durability and easy cleaning, making it the perfect addition to any busy kitchen.
Safety and convenience are a priority with this range, featuring a front-located manual gas shut-off, giving you complete control over the entire range. The factory-installed regulator ensures precise and consistent gas flow for reliable performance.
The range is equipped with a standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, ensuring dependable ignition and smooth operations. The Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) includes one star/saute’ burner in the front, perfect for searing and fast cooking, and one standard 33K burner in the rear, ideal for simmering and slow-cooking tasks. This combination allows for flexible cooking options in high-demand environments.
The Griddle Top (Left or Right) option features a 1” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides, perfect for cooking a variety of dishes like pancakes, burgers, and stir-fries. Available in manual or thermostatic controls, the griddle ensures precise temperature control, making it versatile enough for various cooking techniques. The 48” wide griddle offers ample space for high-volume cooking, giving you the flexibility needed to meet the demands of your kitchen.
The Standard Oven Model (D) is powered by a 45,000 BTU NAT oven, offering a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), perfect for baking, roasting, and other oven-based tasks. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodating full-sized pans in both directions for added flexibility. It comes with one rack and two-position side rails, allowing you to adjust the oven's interior to suit your cooking needs.
Additionally, the Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) provides a sleek and sturdy base for the range, with an optional no-charge door that opens from the center. This feature offers convenient storage space for your kitchen tools and helps maintain a professional and clean appearance.
