The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is designed for high-performance kitchens that demand versatility, power, and durability. With a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this range provides the space needed for professional cooking tasks. Constructed with 4” stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front, and sides, this range is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen and is easy to clean.
Safety and operational efficiency are prioritized with a front-located manual gas shut-off, allowing you to quickly shut off gas to the entire range when needed. The factory-installed regulator ensures precise and reliable gas pressure, keeping your cooking consistent.
The standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases ensure reliable ignition every time, making this range ready for action in any commercial kitchen. The Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) features one star/saute’ burner in the front for fast, high-heat cooking and one standard 33K burner in the rear for simmering or slow-cooking, providing flexibility for a variety of cooking techniques.
The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 5) allows for an even more versatile setup, combining two Pyromax burners in the rear with three standard 33K burners in the front. The Pyromax burners offer 40,000 BTU NAT high output for efficient, rapid heating, making them ideal for tasks that require intense heat, while the 33K burners provide reliable, consistent heat for everyday cooking needs. This combination offers ample cooking power for high-volume cooking environments.
The Standard Oven Model (D) is equipped with a powerful 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), perfect for baking, roasting, and more. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, offering enough space for full-sized pans to fit both ways. The oven comes with one rack and two-position side rails for maximum flexibility, making it easy to adjust the oven’s interior for different tasks.
The Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) serves as a sturdy base for the range and provides essential storage space for your kitchen tools. The optional no-charge doors open from the center, offering easy access to your stored items while maintaining a sleek, professional appearance.
