The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is designed to meet the high demands of commercial kitchens, offering both power and precision. With a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this range provides ample space for all your culinary tasks. It is constructed with 4” stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front, and sides, ensuring durability and easy maintenance.
Equipped with a front-located manual gas shut-off, this range allows for quick and efficient control of the entire gas system. The factory-installed regulator ensures proper gas pressure, maintaining reliable cooking performance.
The range features standing pilots for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, ensuring consistent ignition and ease of use.
The Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) includes two star/saute’ burners in the front for high-heat cooking, and two standard 33K burners in the rear for slower, more controlled cooking. This burner configuration is ideal for a variety of cooking techniques, giving you flexibility and precision.
The Pyromax Burners (Burner Option 7) are the standout feature of this range, offering 40,000 BTU NAT output for rapid heat. These patented high-output burners are three-piece, easy to clean, and equipped with a non-clog burner design to handle even the most demanding tasks. The built-in port protection drip ring helps to minimize spills and reduce messes. A group of four Pyromax burners is available, allowing you to maximize your cooking capacity.
The Standard Oven Model (D) features a powerful 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, providing plenty of space for full-sized pans to fit both ways. It comes with one rack and two-position side rails, offering versatility in how you organize your cooking space.
For added convenience, the Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) serves as a sturdy base and provides additional storage space. It also offers optional no-charge doors that open from the center, making it easy to access stored items while keeping your kitchen looking neat and professional.
