The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series delivers unmatched performance and durability, designed for the most demanding commercial kitchens. With a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, it offers ample space for high-volume cooking. The range features a robust 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides, ensuring both strength and ease of maintenance.
Equipped with a front-located manual gas shut-off, this feature provides quick control to the entire gas system for added safety and convenience. The factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas pressure for optimal cooking performance.
For reliable ignition, the standing pilots are integrated into the open top burners, while the battery spark ignition system powers the oven bases, providing reliable starts every time.
The Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) includes five star/saute’ burners in the front, ideal for high-heat cooking and rapid searing, and five standard 33K burners in the rear, perfect for more controlled, simmering tasks. This configuration gives you the versatility to handle a variety of cooking techniques simultaneously.
The Standard Oven Model (D) features a 45,000 BTU NAT oven, providing consistent heat across the cooking surface. The oven includes a standing pilot and offers a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), accommodating a wide range of cooking needs. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, with enough space to fit full-sized pans both ways. The oven includes one rack with two-position side rails for flexible rack positioning.
For added convenience, the Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) base provides a sturdy and durable storage solution. The unit also includes optional no-charge doors that open from the center, offering easy access to your stored items while maintaining a clean, professional appearance.
