The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series offers top-tier performance and design, ideal for high-demand kitchens. With a 60-3/4” wide and 37” high cooking top, this range ensures ample workspace while delivering exceptional cooking results. The 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides, provides a durable, professional appearance that’s easy to clean and maintain.
Safety and convenience are at the forefront with the front-located manual gas shut-off, allowing immediate control of the entire range’s gas supply. The factory-installed regulator ensures steady and precise gas pressure, optimizing the range’s performance.
The open top burners feature standing pilots for reliable ignition, while the battery spark ignition system for the ovens ensures seamless operation, providing peace of mind during busy kitchen shifts.
The Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) includes three star/saute’ burners in the front, ideal for high-heat cooking such as searing, sautéing, or stir-frying, while the three standard 33K burners in the rear allow for lower, more controlled simmering or boiling tasks.
For added versatility, the Griddle Top (Left or Right) option features a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides, perfect for cooking a variety of items. The 24” wide griddle is available in manual or thermostatic control, allowing you to choose between adjustable temperature settings for precise cooking performance.
The Standard Oven Models (D) come with a powerful 45,000 BTU NAT oven, featuring a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), providing excellent heat control for baking, roasting, and other cooking tasks. The porcelain enamel interior is easy to clean and durable, with dimensions of 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep. Full-sized pans can fit both ways, maximizing the oven’s utility. The oven comes equipped with one rack and two-position side rails for flexible storage and cooking options.
This range also includes two standard oven bases, providing ample cooking space and making it an ideal choice for high-volume kitchens where both efficiency and performance are key.
