The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series delivers unmatched versatility and power, making it a must-have for any high-performance kitchen. With its 60-3/4” width and 37” high cooking top, this range offers ample space and height to accommodate the demands of even the busiest kitchens. The 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides, ensures long-lasting durability, easy cleaning, and a professional finish.
For added safety and convenience, the range features a front-located manual gas shut-off that allows quick access to the entire range’s gas system. The factory-installed regulator ensures proper gas pressure for stable and efficient cooking.
The range is equipped with standing pilots for the open top burners and a battery spark ignition system for the oven bases, providing reliable, quick starts to your cooking tasks.
The Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) includes two star/saute’ burners at the front for high-heat cooking, perfect for searing or stir-frying, while two standard 33K burners at the rear allow for more controlled simmering or boiling. This setup offers versatility for different cooking techniques.
A Charbroiler (Left or Right) with a 36” wide cooking surface is available, featuring removable cast iron grates for easy cleaning and high-heat grilling. This is ideal for grilling meats, seafood, and vegetables, giving them that perfect char-grilled flavor.
The Standard Oven Model (D) is equipped with a 45,000 BTU NAT oven that provides powerful and even heat. With a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), this oven is highly adaptable to various cooking needs. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, allowing full-sized pans to fit in either direction. The oven is equipped with one rack and two-position side rails for flexible cooking configurations.
This unit also includes two standard oven bases, providing ample oven space for cooking large quantities of food simultaneously.
