The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series offers a perfect blend of rugged durability, versatile cooking options, and advanced features to meet the demands of any high-volume kitchen. With a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this range provides ample space for large-scale cooking while maintaining an efficient workspace. The 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides ensure durability and easy maintenance, while delivering a professional, polished look.
For safety and ease of use, the range features a front-located manual gas shut-off, allowing you to quickly shut off gas to the entire range if needed. The factory-installed regulator ensures a steady gas supply, allowing for consistent cooking performance.
The standing pilot ignition system for open top burners and the battery spark ignition for the oven bases offer reliable, quick starts, eliminating delays in a busy kitchen environment.
The Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) includes one star/saute’ burner in the front for high-heat cooking and one standard 33K burner in the rear for lower-heat tasks, providing flexibility to handle a range of cooking methods.
The Griddle Top (Left or Right) option features a 1” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides on 48” wide griddles. This sturdy griddle is available in both manual and thermostatically controlled versions, offering precise temperature control for even cooking across the entire surface.
The Standard Oven Models (D) are equipped with 45,000 BTU NAT ovens featuring a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior is easy to clean and durable, with interior dimensions of 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep. It can accommodate full-sized pans in both directions for added versatility. The unit includes one rack with two-position side rails for adjustable cooking options.
Designed with two standard oven bases, this range offers ample oven space for simultaneous cooking of multiple dishes, enhancing productivity in fast-paced kitchens.
