The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a powerhouse commercial gas range built for high-demand kitchens, with a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top for optimal ergonomics. The 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides provide both durability and a sleek, easy-to-clean design, ensuring longevity and an attractive appearance.
This range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off, giving you full control over the gas supply, ensuring safety with ease of operation. The factory-installed regulator ensures consistent, reliable gas flow for smooth and predictable cooking results.
Designed for convenience and reliability, the standing pilot ignition for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases enable quick and dependable start-ups, making it ideal for fast-paced environments.
The Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) features two star/saute’ burners in the front, perfect for high-heat cooking like searing and stir-frying, and two standard 33K burners in the rear for even, controlled heat distribution.
For even more flexibility, the 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 6) combines two Pyromax burners in the rear with three star 33K burners in the front. This combination provides high-output power in the front for rapid cooking and consistent heat at the rear, accommodating a wide range of cooking styles and needs.
The Standard Oven Models (D) feature a robust 45,000 BTU NAT oven, equipped with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, offering ample space for full-sized pans in either direction. The oven includes one rack with two-position side rails, making it highly versatile for various cooking tasks.
This unit features two standard oven bases, allowing for the simultaneous preparation of multiple dishes, which increases cooking capacity and efficiency in high-volume kitchen settings.
