The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a premium cooking solution designed for high-demand commercial kitchens. With its 60-3/4” width and 37” high cooking top, this range offers exceptional cooking space and an ideal ergonomic working height, making it perfect for chefs who need both capacity and efficiency.
Constructed from durable stainless steel, including a 4” stainless steel front rail, front and sides, this range is built to withstand the rigors of daily use while being easy to clean and maintain. The front-located manual gas shut-off ensures quick and easy control of the entire range's gas supply, promoting safety in fast-paced environments.
The range is equipped with a factory-installed regulator for reliable gas flow and consistent performance. Standing pilots for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases allow for smooth and efficient operation with minimal wait time.
The Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) offers five star/saute’ burners in the front, perfect for quick, high-heat tasks like sautéing, stir-frying, and searing. The five standard 33K burners in the rear provide a powerful, consistent heat for a wide range of cooking needs, ensuring versatile performance across all cooking stations.
The Standard Oven Models (D) feature a robust 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), providing flexibility for a wide variety of cooking techniques, from low-and-slow roasting to high-heat baking. The oven's porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, offering enough space to accommodate full-sized pans in both directions. It includes one rack with two-position side rails for optimal cooking flexibility.
This range is equipped with two standard oven bases, offering the capacity to cook multiple items at once, making it an ideal choice for high-volume kitchens that require maximum output without sacrificing quality.
