The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is engineered for commercial kitchens that require power, flexibility, and durability. With a generous 60-3/4” width and a 37” high cooking top, this range offers ample workspace, designed for high-efficiency cooking and precise heat control.
Constructed from premium stainless steel, including a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, the range is both durable and easy to maintain. The front-located manual gas shut-off provides quick and safe access to the entire range’s gas system.
Equipped with a factory-installed regulator, this range ensures a consistent and reliable gas flow for optimal performance. The standing pilot for open top burners, combined with battery spark ignition for the oven bases, delivers fast and dependable startup, enabling uninterrupted cooking operations.
The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 5) features two Pyromax burners in the rear, providing powerful 40,000 BTU NAT heat for the most demanding cooking tasks. Paired with three standard 33K burners in the front, this setup offers versatile heat options for a wide range of cooking techniques, from simmering to high-heat searing.
For grilling, the Charbroiler can be placed on either side (left or right) and features a 24” removable cast iron grate, perfect for achieving that signature charred flavor on meats, vegetables, and more.
This model also includes Convection Oven Models (A) with a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven, ideal for even heat distribution and faster cooking times. The convection oven features a standing pilot, a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), and a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. It comes equipped with three racks and five-position side rails for flexible cooking arrangements. The 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC motor is high-efficiency, with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven to function as a standard oven when needed.
This unit features two convection oven bases, ensuring you have the capacity to handle large volumes of food, perfect for busy kitchens that need to produce food at scale without compromising quality.
