The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance cooking solution designed for professional kitchens, providing both power and versatility in one sleek package. This 60-3/4” wide commercial gas range features a 37” high cooking top, ensuring ample workspace for food preparation.
Built with 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, the range is not only easy to clean but also durable, standing up to the rigors of daily use in a busy kitchen environment. The front-located manual gas shut-off offers quick access to shut off the gas in case of emergencies, ensuring safety in the kitchen.
Equipped with a factory-installed regulator, the unit guarantees consistent gas flow for smooth cooking. The standing pilot for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases offer simple and safe ignition.
With the 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 5), this range offers ultimate flexibility. It combines two Pyromax burners in the rear, each delivering an impressive 40,000 BTU NAT heat output, with three standard 33K burners in the front. This gives you five high-powered burners to handle a wide variety of cooking tasks simultaneously.
The Griddle Top can be installed on either the left or right side of the range. The 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides provides an ideal cooking surface for everything from pancakes to burgers. Available in either manual or thermostatic control, this griddle ensures precise temperature regulation for even cooking.
For baking and roasting, the Convection Oven Models (A) deliver outstanding performance. Each oven features a 32,000 BTU NAT convection system with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, is designed for easy cleaning and durability. Three adjustable racks with five-position side rails provide versatile cooking options. The oven’s 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor operates at high efficiency and features permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation, ensuring longevity and reliability. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven to function as a traditional oven when needed.
The Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) offers a sturdy base, with optional no-charge doors that open from the center, offering easy access and additional storage space for your kitchen tools and equipment.
