The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series delivers the perfect combination of power, precision, and versatility for demanding commercial kitchens. With a robust 60-3/4” wide and 37” high cooking top, this range ensures that chefs have the space and comfort they need for efficient food preparation.
Constructed with 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, this range is both durable and easy to clean. The front-located manual gas shut-off provides safety and convenience, allowing for quick shut-off of the entire range if necessary. It also comes equipped with a factory-installed regulator to ensure a steady, reliable gas flow for optimal performance.
The standing pilot for open top burners ensures reliability, while the battery spark ignition system for the oven bases allows for easy and safe ignition every time.
The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 5) combines two Pyromax burners in the rear, each offering a powerful 40,000 BTU NAT output for high-heat cooking, with three standard 33K burners in the front. This powerful combination makes this range ideal for chefs who need high versatility and exceptional heat control across multiple cooking tasks.
Add to your cooking capabilities with the Charbroiler (Left or Right), featuring a 24” wide cooking surface and removable cast iron grates. Perfect for grilling meats, vegetables, or other charbroiled dishes, this addition ensures flavorful, smoky results every time.
The Convection Oven Models (A) offer excellent heat distribution with a 32,000 BTU NAT convection system. Equipped with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), the convection oven ensures even cooking results. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep and can accommodate multiple pans on the three racks with five-position side rails. The high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor with 1710 rpm, permanent lubricated ball bearings, and overload protection guarantees long-lasting performance. An On/Off switch allows you to operate the convection oven as a standard oven when needed.
For more traditional baking and roasting, the Standard Oven Models (D) feature a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, is designed for easy cleaning and offers ample room for full-sized pans to fit both ways. The oven also includes one rack with two-position side rails, making it versatile for various cooking applications.
