The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is engineered for high-performance kitchens, combining robust construction with versatile cooking options to meet the needs of commercial chefs. With a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this range offers ample space and superior control for a variety of cooking techniques.
The stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides provide a durable and easy-to-maintain surface, while the 4” front rail ensures smooth and safe operation. A front-located manual gas shut-off ensures safety by allowing quick and easy access to control gas flow to the entire range. Additionally, the factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas pressure, providing reliable cooking performance.
For enhanced convenience, the range features standing pilots for the open top burners, ensuring dependable ignition at all times. The battery spark ignition for the oven bases adds further ease of use, ensuring quick and consistent ignition each time.
The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 5) is designed for flexibility and power, featuring a combination of two Pyromax burners in the rear, each producing 40,000 BTU NAT, and three standard 33K burners in the front. This versatile burner setup allows chefs to cook multiple dishes simultaneously, offering the heat needed for everything from sautéing to boiling.
To further elevate your cooking options, the Raised Griddle (Right only) provides a 24” wide smooth, polished steel griddle plate. The griddle is available with manual control and includes an under broiler for additional cooking flexibility, making it ideal for cooking items such as pancakes, burgers, or grilled sandwiches.
The Convection Oven Models (A) are designed for high efficiency and consistent results. The 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven features a standing pilot and thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), ensuring precise temperature control. The oven interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep and includes three racks with five-position side rails for optimal flexibility in cooking. Powered by a 1/2 hp high-efficiency motor, the convection oven ensures even heat distribution, which helps achieve perfectly cooked dishes every time. The motor operates at 1710 rpm, has permanent lubricated ball bearings, and includes overload protection for long-lasting reliability. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven to also function as a standard oven.
For additional baking and roasting capabilities, the Standard Oven Models (D) feature a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a standing pilot and thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, providing ample space for full-sized pans to fit both ways. The oven includes one rack with two-position side rails, allowing for customizable cooking heights and maximizing cooking space.
