The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is crafted for professional kitchens that demand durability, performance, and versatility. With a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this commercial gas range offers ample space for multiple cooking operations simultaneously.
Constructed with 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, the range ensures long-lasting durability and easy cleaning. The front-located manual gas shut-off provides quick and easy access to control the entire range’s gas supply for safety and convenience. Additionally, the factory-installed regulator ensures consistent and reliable gas pressure, optimizing cooking performance.
The range features standing pilots for the open top burners, ensuring consistent ignition with every use. Battery spark ignition for the oven bases allows for easy startup, providing a hassle-free cooking experience every time.
The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Options 5) is designed for high-output cooking. It combines two Pyromax burners in the rear, each providing 40,000 BTU NAT, and three standard 33K burners in the front. This configuration is ideal for chefs who need versatile cooking power to handle a variety of dishes, from sautéing to simmering.
The Charbroiler (Left or Right) option allows you to add a 24” charbroiler to your range. Equipped with removable, cast iron grates, the charbroiler provides the perfect heat for grilling meats, vegetables, and other menu items with signature grill marks. This feature enhances your cooking flexibility, allowing for diverse food preparation.
The Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) base provides a sturdy foundation for the range, and it comes with two cabinet bases for additional storage space. You can also opt for no-charge doors that open from the center, providing easy access to the storage area beneath the range, perfect for storing utensils, pans, or other kitchen essentials.
