The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is engineered for the professional kitchen, offering robust features and exceptional flexibility to handle all your culinary needs. With a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this commercial gas range is designed to provide ample cooking space for chefs working in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
Constructed with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, the range is both durable and easy to clean, ensuring longevity and a polished look. The front-located manual gas shut-off enables easy access to quickly control the gas supply to the entire range, while the factory-installed regulator ensures reliable and consistent gas pressure for optimal cooking performance.
The standing pilot system for the open top burners guarantees a quick and reliable ignition, while the battery spark ignition system for the oven bases ensures effortless starts, even during busy kitchen hours.
This unit features a 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Options 5), which combines two high-output Pyromax burners in the rear, each offering a powerful 40,000 BTU NAT for maximum heat, with three standard 33K burners in the front, providing the versatility to manage everything from high-heat tasks like searing to lower-heat needs like simmering.
The Raised Griddle (Right only) offers a 24" griddle plate with smooth, polished steel and raised sides, ideal for cooking items such as pancakes, burgers, and grilled sandwiches. This griddle is equipped with manual control and features an under-broiler for versatile cooking options, adding even more flexibility to your kitchen setup.
For storage, the Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) serves as a sturdy base for the range, offering two cabinet bases to store kitchen essentials. The optional no-charge doors open from the center for easy access to your cookware and utensils, keeping your kitchen organized and efficient.
