The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance cooking appliance designed for the most demanding commercial kitchens. With a 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and 37” high cooking top, this range provides ample cooking space and ergonomic height, ensuring comfort for chefs during long shifts.
Crafted from durable stainless steel, with a 4” stainless steel front rail, the range offers a clean, sleek aesthetic while being easy to maintain. The front-located manual gas shut-off allows for convenient and safe gas control across the entire range, and the factory-installed regulator ensures consistent and reliable gas pressure for optimal performance.
Equipped with standing pilot lights for open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, this range ensures quick and efficient ignition every time.
The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Options 5) features two high-output Pyromax burners (40,000 BTU NAT) in the rear and three standard 33K burners in the front, offering a versatile cooking surface to handle everything from high heat to simmering.
For grilling and searing, the Charbroiler (Left or Right) option provides a 24” cast iron griddle with removable grates, perfect for cooking meats, vegetables, and other items that require intense direct heat.
The Standard Oven Models (D) offer a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). With a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, this oven is designed to accommodate full-sized pans both ways. It also features one rack with two position side rails, offering flexibility for a variety of cooking tasks.
The Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) provides a solid base for the unit, with an optional no-charge door system that opens from the center. The cabinet design not only enhances the range’s overall aesthetic but also offers easy access to storage, making it a functional addition to your kitchen setup.
