The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60β Series is a premium commercial cooking solution engineered for high-performance kitchens. With a 60-3/4β wide cooking surface and a 37β high cooking top, it provides expansive cooking space and ergonomic comfort, allowing chefs to efficiently prepare meals for high-volume service.
The range is crafted from durable stainless steel, featuring a 4β stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for both durability and ease of maintenance. A front-located manual gas shut-off adds an extra layer of safety and convenience, while the factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas flow for optimal performance.
This model is equipped with standing pilot lights for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, ensuring quick and reliable ignition.
The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Options 5) includes two Pyromax burners (40,000 BTU NAT) in the rear and three standard 33K burners in the front, providing flexibility and versatility for all types of cooking tasks, from searing to simmering.
For additional cooking versatility, the Griddle Top (Left or Right) option includes a 1/2β smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides. Available in manual or thermostatic controls, this griddle allows for precise temperature control, making it ideal for cooking a variety of foods like pancakes, burgers, and eggs.
The Standard Oven Models (D) are equipped with a 45,000 BTU NAT oven that features a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175Β°F to 550Β°F (79Β°C to 288Β°C). The oven's porcelain enamel interior measures 14β high x 26β wide x 26.5β deep, providing ample space to accommodate full-sized pans both ways. It comes with one rack with two position side rails, offering flexibility for different cooking needs.
The Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) features a solid, sturdy base with optional no-charge doors that open from the center, offering easy access and a clean look to complement the rest of the unit.
