The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a top-tier commercial cooking appliance designed to meet the demands of high-volume kitchens. Its 60-3/4” wide cooking surface and 37” high cooking top provide ample space and optimal working height for chefs and kitchen staff, enhancing productivity and convenience during busy service hours. Constructed from stainless steel, the unit features a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for easy cleaning and long-lasting durability. The front-located manual gas shut-off allows for immediate control over the entire range, ensuring safety when needed, while the factory-installed regulator ensures precise gas flow and consistent burner performance.
For reliable ignition, the range is equipped with standing pilots for the open top burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases, ensuring quick and dependable starts.
The range offers a 5-burner configuration, combining (2) Pyromax burners at the rear, each delivering 40,000 BTU NAT, with (3) standard 33K burners at the front. This provides a mix of high-output burners ideal for boiling, frying, or searing, and versatile burners for simmering and sautéing.
The Griddle Top is a 24” wide smooth, polished steel surface designed for even heat distribution. The griddle features raised sides to contain splatters and ensure a clean cooking environment. Available with manual or thermostatic control, the griddle offers flexibility for precise temperature management, whether you prefer the simplicity of manual control or the convenience of thermostatic regulation.
The Standard Oven Models (D) feature a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), offering flexibility for baking, roasting, and broiling. The oven’s porcelain enamel interior is durable and easy to clean, and it measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, with enough space to accommodate full-sized pans placed both ways. The unit is equipped with one rack featuring two-position side rails for customized rack placement. This model is designed with two standard oven bases, providing substantial oven space for large-scale cooking operations.
