The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial-grade gas range measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, built for performance and durability. It includes a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, along with a front-located manual gas shut-off for quick access. A factory-installed regulator ensures steady gas flow, while a standing pilot serves the open top burners and battery spark ignition powers the oven bases. This model features a 5-burner layout (Option 6) that includes (2) Pyromax burners in the rear and (3) star-style 33K burners in the front for a flexible cooking setup. A 24" raised griddle, available on the right side only, operates with manual controls and an under broiler, providing added versatility. The unit is equipped with two convection oven bases, each delivering 32,000 BTU NAT with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interiors are porcelain enamel, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, accommodating full-size pans. Each oven includes three racks with five-position side rails and is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor featuring permanent split phase design, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows the convection ovens to function as standard ovens when needed.
