The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a heavy-duty commercial gas range measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, constructed with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for durability and easy cleaning. It includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for safety and a factory-installed regulator for consistent gas pressure. The open top burners use a standing pilot, while the oven bases feature battery spark ignition for reliable starts. This model includes a 5-burner configuration (Option 6), combining (2) powerful Pyromax burners in the rear with (3) 33,000 BTU star burners in the front, offering a versatile cooking setup. On one side, there is a 24” wide smooth, polished steel griddle top with raised sides, available in manual or thermostatic control for precise temperature management. Below, the unit houses a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven, with a temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, equipped with three racks and five-position side rails. It operates using a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 115V AC motor, designed for efficiency with permanent split phase technology, permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows the convection oven to function as a standard oven. The other base features a stainless steel cabinet with optional center-opening doors at no additional cost, offering extra storage and flexibility in the kitchen.
