The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, built with a 4” stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front and sides, and a manual front gas shut-off for added safety and convenience. It features a factory-installed regulator, standing pilots for open burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases. The 5-burner configuration (Option 6) includes (2) high-powered Pyromax burners in the rear and (3) star-shaped 33,000 BTU burners in the front, designed for maximum cooking flexibility. A 24” charbroiler with removable cast iron grates is also included and can be positioned on the left or right side of the range. This unit comes equipped with two oven bases: one convection oven and one standard oven. The 32,000 BTU convection oven offers a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and has a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep with three racks and five-position side rails. Its motor is a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 115V AC, high-efficiency model with permanent split phase, overload protection, and permanently lubricated ball bearings. It also includes an on/off switch to allow standard oven use. The 45,000 BTU standard oven offers the same temperature range and features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodating full-size pans in both directions, and comes with one rack and two-position side rails.
