The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, designed to meet the demands of busy kitchens. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and sides for durability and ease of maintenance. The range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for added safety and a factory-installed regulator for optimal gas flow. Standing pilots for the open top burners ensure reliability, while the battery spark ignition system efficiently lights the oven bases. The unit offers a 5-burner configuration, combining (2) Pyromax burners in the rear with (3) 33K star burners in the front. It also comes with a raised griddle (available only on the right side), featuring a 24" manual control griddle with an under broiler for versatile cooking. The range has a stainless steel cabinet base, with optional no-charge doors that open from the center. This unit is equipped with two stainless steel cabinet bases, providing ample storage space.
