The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial gas range measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, designed for high-demand kitchens. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for easy cleaning and durability. The range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for safety and a factory-installed regulator for consistent gas flow. Standing pilots on the open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases ensure reliable ignition. The 5-burner configuration combines (2) Pyromax burners in the rear with (3) 33K star burners in the front for versatile cooking. The griddle top is available on the left or right with a 1/2” smooth, polished steel griddle plate with raised sides, offered in either manual or thermostatic control. It also comes with a stainless steel cabinet base, featuring optional no-charge doors that open from the center. The unit is equipped with two stainless steel cabinet bases, providing ample storage space.
