The Ultimate Restaurant Range 60” Series is a commercial gas range measuring 60-3/4” wide with a 37” high cooking top, featuring a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for durability and easy cleaning. It includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for safety and a factory-installed regulator for consistent gas flow. The range is equipped with standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases. The 5-burner configuration combines (2) Pyromax burners in the rear with (3) 33K star burners in the front for versatile cooking options. A charbroiler (24” left or right) with removable, cast iron grates is also included. The unit features a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven's porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, fitting full-sized pans both ways, with one rack and two-position side rails. The stainless steel cabinet base includes optional no-charge doors that open from the center.
